Mike has been cooking since he was 16. As well as running Keep Cornwall Fed, he heads up the Eden Project’s Med Terrace restaurant, cooking up a feast of pizzas, paellas and seasonal salads for hungry punters. Mike is also former British Pie Week Champion, and even took part in a cook-off on ITV’s This Morning with chef Angela Hartnett.
Stuart has cooked in hotels, award-winning pubs and rosette restaurants. Before founding Keep Cornwall Fed, he worked as a chef at Eden Project where he ran the Link Lodge staff restaurant.
